Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) is a transitional housing support that provides a safe and comfortable place to stay for up to 90 days while you wait for your permanent home to be ready. It is an ideal solution if you are transitioning from a hospital or waiting for your home modifications and long-term disability supports to be finalized.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a range of housing designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high needs. SDA homes are constructed to be more accessible for you. They enable better or safer delivery of other supports you may need.
